JOB DETAILS:

We are hiring a male Reception Porter to support front office operations at our hotel in Lusaka. If you are physically fit, friendly, and enjoy working with people, this is your chance to grow your hospitality career.

Position: Reception Porter
Location: Lusaka

Requirements:

• Must be male, aged 25 years or older
• Grade 12 Certificate
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar hotel support role
• Certificate in General Hospitality or Front Office Operations
• Good interpersonal and customer service skills
• Physically fit and well-groomed
• Lusaka residents are highly encouraged to apply

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcoming guests and assisting with luggage
• Escorting guests to rooms and explaining amenities
• Assisting with deliveries, errands, and guest requests
• Maintaining cleanliness and order in lobby and reception area
• Providing support to the front desk team as needed
